The Younger you Start your Daily Sadhana, the more Benefits you Reap

Often, youngsters want to practice sadhana, but have an initial hesitation to start. "I am too young for all this sadhana and spirituality. My mom does that every day, I will also start when I get to her age." This is not uncommon to hear from youngsters.

However, sadhana is an inherent way to live your life. Daily sadhana has a deep impact on the direction of your life and the choices that you make every day.  Being spiritually connected to your inner self gives a feeling of tranquillity that beats the everyday stress and anxiety of life. In fact, daily sadhana is a wonderful gift that helps create awareness about the true meaning of your life. A young body needs good and nutritious food to grow strong and healthy, so does a young mind needs daily sadhana to stay healthy and calm. A healthy and calm mind in turn leads you to make the best out of your day and succeed in life. In toto, you grow from within to attain better heights in your outer world.

Shree Swami Mukundananda ji explains the logic of starting daily sadhana at a young age in an interesting talk. He says "Life goes on, you leave your body and the soul enters another body. Your karma of past lives affects your present life. Thus, consider this life as an opportunity to increase your spiritual balance that will go on with you even after your life." That means, it makes no sense to waste precious years of our life in not practicing sadhana. Let's enroll in Daily Sadhana today and start accumulating our spiritual balance.
